Ive been constipated and today i suddenly starting having lower abdominal pain and now it moved to my belly button. i keep having pains in my lower abdomen and belly button. what could this be?

Appendix still in?: this is the most important diagnosis to think about. Is the pain located in the right lower part of you abdomen just above your right hip bone? appendicitis often starts with pain around the umbilicus. Constipation is often associated with appendicitis. Sometimes the pain is even on the left side. Enemas and laxatives can burst an appendix. There are a dozen possibilities; so go to the ER.
