Exam needed: Most likely a small umbilical hernia with omentum caught in the muscle defect (causing pain). Not urgent, unless pain gets worse. As uterus gets larger, chance of intestines getting caught would be even less. Could also just be peri-umbilical muscle stretching. In summary: you need an exam performed
