I just accidentally drank old water it could be a week old or more.. it was in a bottle i use to fill my diffuser is there anything i should watch for? should i be worried about this? it was a aquifana bottle and had a mix of another water in it.

Old water....: Unless the bottle you drank from was contaminated with something, you should be fine. You do realize that water does not have an expiration date... the water you are drinking today has been around since the dawn of time and has been recycled hundreds of millions of times. There is no such thing as "new" water.
