It's possible, so...: Fertile couples doing inter/outercourse should be sure to be married, settled down, and with stable jobs that provide good health insurance because babies have many doctor visits the first 2 years. There are many things to do and lots of demands in raising kids. Egg lives for about a day after ovulation (women don't know which hour the egg comes out). Sperm can get there early and wait a few days.

Unlikely: It has been documented, but this is a very unlikely event. If concerned in a week or two check a pregnancy test.
