Worth getting exam: Pain in the back lung area can be a symptom of something serious, or something as benign as a muscle strain. As you are not coughing or short of breath, there is a high likelihood that it is not pnuemonia or an infection. It would definitely be worth having your regular DR or an urgent care DR examine you, listen to your lungs and do a chest xray, esp if you have a history of smoking or vaping
