Topical vs oral: Terbisil (terbinafine) is typically a topical OTC medication which treats fungal infections on skin. Diflucan (fluconazole) is an oral or intravenous prescription medication which treats fungal infections which invade any part of the body including mouth, throat, lungs, bladder, and bloodstream.
