Anorectal pain : If symptoms started with pain in the anorectal area, an abscess or inflammatory process in the rectum could be the main problem with constipation and abdominal discomfort secondary to it. In view of these many symptoms,I recommend being examined by a colorectal surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.

Exam needed: If that much pain & bloating plus dehydration are present you definitely need a Dr exam & possibly lab testing to evaluate for serious cause which might require intravenous fluids & even surgical intervention
