Many possibilities: Prescription might have been sent to a different pharmacy, a glitch in the electronic prescribing system caused by possible misspelling of your name or wrong DOB. You can ask the pharmacist to try to contact your prescriber or try yourself. Do not get discouraged as somebody, either your doc on 1 of his partners should be on call and be able to address it.
