Positional blurring : This sounds vascular and I would strongly suggest evaluation by an ophthalmologist or internist. A lot depends on your age and underlying conditions. A phone call may have to due until the epidemic clears, but don’t hesitate to make that call. I would have many more questions if this space allowed for more. Take care.
