Hard to say: Borderline low just means the low end of normal. Some ethnic groups do so routinely & it often occurs for weeks after a simple viral illness. Without a full review of the medical history/exam and the actual test data to review little can be said. It appears you doc did not consider it worth further study.

Agree with Dr. F: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, had you provided the actual result it would have helped. If you do not have any symptoms you may watch and wait. Wish you good health!
