Yes: You can eat almost anything in moderation. Be aware that fatty foods slow digestion and may lead to more symptoms. Not laying down after meals or filling your tummy before bedtime helps reduce symptoms. Reduce caffeine if you can and avoid it altogether after mid day, it aggravates reflux.
