Varies greatly: COVID19 infection can be very different in different people. Some have no symptoms at all; others have mild to moderate flu like illness lasting several days to a week or more; others have severe disease requiring hospitalization & even intubation/ventilator therapy lasting several weeks - but the vast majority of patients DO recover ultimately

Variable: In milder cases recovery usutally occurs within 10 to 14 days. Some people will not feel at all ill despite infection. Some people may remain ill for weeks to months if they have severe complications. REF: https://www.womenshealthmag.com/health/a31284395/how-long-does-coronavirus-last/
