A nutritious diet : Although no specific food have been shown to specifically boost immunity against the coronavirus , studies have found that older people on a Mediterranean type of diet ,rich in fruits , vegetables , whole grains and healthy fats ,show a small increase in disease fighting cells. Also a diet high in vitamin C , and other antioxidants reduced inflammation .
