Differences.: Ebola isn't as transmittable as COVID 19. With Ebola, people can transmit disease only when ill, but with COVID 19 it can be spread by people without sx's. Ebola is spread through contact with bodily fluids, whereas COVID 19 can be spread through droplets in the air. The sx's of Ebola are quite recognizable whereas COVID 19 has variable presentations. Ebola - epidemic/ COVID 19 - pandemic.
