Unknown: The virus is still too new to have any indications that genetics will make you more susceptible to the virus or death from getting the virus. The most likely cause for 3 members of your family having the virus is that they were all exposed to someone who had it.

COVID 19: I am sorry for your loss. There are currently studies underway regarding possible genetic suseptibility to COVID 19 - however, there is so much that we don't know yet. Were family members older? Did they have underlying health risks?
