Recently, everytime i get sick (had bronchitis a few weeks back and i think i have flu now), when i walk or get up my inner thighs (both) hurt so much. kind of like a spasm/cramp. what can this be? i also had wine yesterday before this started.

Heat locally: Apply heat locally, stay home, rest and drink fluids. Do not exert yourself until well. Avoid heat and watch for signs of dehydration. Monitor your temperature and please check with your physician regarding a course of Tamiflu for treatment.
