Chest pain: Sudden onset of chest pain is concerning for conditions such as PE, but this is usually sharp and causes pleurisy and is often associated with elevated heart rate. Chest wall pain such as costochondritis possible. Pneumonia or lung process possible. Even gastric reflux possible.
