Evaluation: Please clean the wound with antibacterial soap and rinse well with water. The wound should be examined by your pediatrician. A virtual consultation may be performed by HT and a course of antibiotics prescribed as indicated. Watch for signs of worsening, fever and thick drainage. If these occur, please see the urgent care center.
