Tylenol (acetaminophen) PM: Is not an NSAID and could probably be used safely, if used in the correct dosage. Please check the bottle. Be careful not to take an excessive amount of Tylenol, (acetaminophen) since it can cause liver problems if used excessively. Otherwise, it is worth a try to help you sleep. Good luck.
