I have been menstruating for 7days instead of the normal 3 days. the flow is light but everytime i go to the bathroom and wipe there is blood. i have slight cramping from time to time. do i need to see a doctor or is it cycle fluctuations?

Give it time: I would give it a couple of cycles to return to normal on its own. Also, if in doubt, do a pregnancy test. Otherwise, if you arent back to your normal in the next 2 or 3 months, then contact your doctor for evaluation. This is a pretty common problem.
