Virtual consultation: History of allergies and/or asthma are more likely than infection if there is no fever. In either case, rinse nasal passages with saline to reduce post nasal drip. He may need Albuterol inhaler to treat bronchospasm. Avoid pollen, dust, mold, smoke and other allergens.
