Several things to do: If you can tip his crib up a little, so his head is higher, it may help. Also don't lay him down immediately after feeding him, some doctors prescribe a medicine called ranitidine, which reduces the acid in the stomach.

GERD: As your baby gets older, she will likely outgrow the diagnosis. Treatment involves medication some times such as Zantac or reglan (metoclopramide). At home you can help your baby by elevating the head of the bed, often by placing a mattress under the mattress, an angle of 45 degree's is best. Thickening babies formula also is helpful, but discuss that with your pediatrician to know how thick it should be.
