Find a life coach: Life often throws us challenges we do not have the skills to fix on our own. The teen years are quite a challenge. You would not try to fix your bad appendix alone & should look at this is similar.A life coach/therapist can help teach anyone the extra skills needed to handle life challenges. Your doc should know someone that would be good for her. Life can be better when you do the work.

Get a counselor: Ongoing counseling can really help, with cognitive behavioral therapy can be very helpful. Regular, exercies, optomize sleep, remove inflammatory foods, grains, dairy and especially sugar. Work on positive thoughts , thought blocking when anxiety comes up. But definitely get a counselor to help you
