Hi i have a current tear in the corner of my mouth i've been taking vitamin b as well as a multi vitamin however the tear just wont heal?

Mouth corner rash: This is quite common and not serious. It is best for you to later when it is safe to go out consult local primary care provider to see which treatment is needed. Non healing may have many causes, including infection with bacteria or fungi. Treatment will depend on cause.

Angular cheilitis is the cracking at the corners of the mouth, with some inflammation and probably some candidal yeast overgrowth. Some people use a little bit of clotrimazole antifungal cream and hydrocortisone cream for a week to help it.
