Very different.: There are over 12 b vitamins with very different functions. Vitamin c enables collagen and elastin to form cross links. It is also an antioxidant. However, few people know it is not essential for life. If you eat enough meat, you break down the collagen crosslinks and can use them again. It must be animal based meat. The best examples where the eskimo and inuit in the artic. No vitamin c!
