Cough: This is probably coming from the trauma/irritation to your trachea from the intubation. COVID-19 should give you a fever, and SOB. If from the intubation, the cough should get better. If a fever develops, it could be related to the surgery, and not necessarily COVID-19. You should stay in touch with your doctor and health team. And you should be self-isolating anyway.
