Cold hands and feet?

Nervous?: I used to get cold hands before asking a girl out on a date - but in a more serious note, there are a number of reasons you may suffer from cold extremities: it could be due to a low thyroid level, smoking, diabetes, circulation issues like in Raynaud’s phenomenon, even certain medications. I recommend seeing a Dr for a full history and physical if you want to determine the cause!
