Raynaud's?: Raynaud's is a common reason why this can occur. If this is the reason why your hands and feet are cold you would have to be cautious when going out in cold weather as you are more susceptible to frostbite or childbains.

Yes: If you have cold hands and feet due to systemic lupus or raynaud's or frostbite. If your hands and feet are generally just cool in nature, this is probably normal.
