Depends on test type: If this ovulation test is based on progesterone levels, which rise with ovulation, it could potentially be positive 3 days in a row . We would need to know more about what type of test this is. If an egg is fertilized the progesterone levels stay elevated until late in pregnancy. Consulting your primary care or OBGYN provider would be a good idea
