Exposure: Waiters and waitresses are more likely to get the virus because they are exposed to more people who might have the virus. Also table bussers because of interactions with people that might be infected. Dishwashers should be ok if they are not exposed to possibly sick people and are practicing social distancing.

Social distancing: Waitresses, waiters and possibly busser may have close contact with the people they serve which puts them at risk for transmission. Dishwasher would not necessarily have increased risk because surface contamination is not a primary mode of transmission.
