Weight and COVID : Being overweight increases the risk of recovering from most things such as surgery. But an independent role of weight has not been described. Yet. Follow CDC guidelines like your life depended on it. We do not want you to be in a COVID study.

Severe obesity can: Per CDC uncontrolled underlying conditions that ^ risk include liver or chronic lung disease, chronic kidney disease with dialysis, diabetes, severe obesity, serious cardiac illness, being immunocompromised (immunodeficiency, cancer treatments, transplant recipients, smokers & chronic steroid use).
