Lots of speculations: Men may have more severe cases, but the reasons are still investigated. It is not likely that it has to do with shaving or touching the face more.

The only way the virus will attack us will be touching our face. If we always wash our hands and don't touch our faces, can't we prevent coronavirus?

What length of time is a coronavirus exposure? If you were in a queue for 15-30 mins & you were not 2 meters away from others but you were not directly face to face with others, would this be a significant risk? Or is it when someone coughs/sneezes?
In regards to the coronavirus, I have facial eczema and find it very difficult to avoid touching my face as suggested by CDC. Are there any tips to help soothe my skin or prevent me from touching my face?
