Diarrhea: Acute diarrhea in pregnancy is not typically an issue, and should be treated with Antidiarrheals and Pepto-Bismol. Check with your OB provider is this is OK. Keep hydrated. If persistent symptoms, cramps, bloody diarrhea or signs of dehydration- dry mouth, dry skin, no urination after 12 hours you should be seen.
