I have been having a low grade fever around 100 on and off for the past few days, is there any tests to find out about the low grade temp. also could this a symptom of a die-off reaction to sibo, am taking some probiotics for it. thanks!

Fever: Low grade fever can be for various issues. Sibo could be one, but allergies, viral, bactrial infection or autoimmune problems possible too. You would need more thorough evaluation to determine what is best for you.
