I got back from israel last monday i am in quarantine my symptoms are tight chest and shortness of breath do i need to have a test? should i be taking any medication?

Possible COVID : If you were having difficulty breathing after a trip where exposure to a virus is possible, it is important that she be seen in an emergency department where a COVID test can be done but also an assessment of your ability to get oxygen into your blood and ventilate your lungs. Had that assessment the decision to use any medication can be made.
