I have a 6month old baby, she has loss of appetite, diarrhea and vomiting. she does not have a fever, i recently changed her formula to the 6-12 month, could it be teething?

Probably: But it could also be a reaction to the change in formula. If it persists, call her Pediatrician for advice. Also, 1st dental visit recommended at eruption of 1st baby tooth, but no later than 1st b'day. Recommend that you see a Pedodontist, a children's dental specialist.
