Needs to be treated: I doubt that Klebsiella oxytoca is the real culprit; more likely it's a commensal. Your acne needs to be treated aggressively; I see that you are on two antibiotics and you need an additional Rx -- antibiotics must never be sole Rx for acne. Truth be told, I suspect you need isotretinoin. Don't be afraid of the "scare" stuff you'll find online. Your dr will decide what hormonal workup's needed.
