Isolation. : The virus is spread by respiratory route, it can live on surfaces for up,to 72 hours. SO: Social isolation (keep 6 feet from others) Wear disposable,gloves when coming in contact with surfaces outside your home for several weeks Stay healthy, eat right, get exercise, proper sleep Discuss your fears with others to get a realistic view of this illness and it’s risks. Don’t panic.

COVID 19: Keep your diabetes under tight control. Wash hands often with warm water & soap for at least 20 seconds. Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth unless hands have just been washed. Use a face covering or mask when in public. Practice social distancing – stay at least 6 feet from others (outside of family you live with). Stay away from crowds. Stay home as much as possible. Eat healthfully & sleep adeq
