Yes: Yeast infection is just another term for fungal infection. In your mouth, bacteria and fungal is balancing each other. When you take antibiotic, you kill of the bacteria, thus exposing your self to the risk of superinfection of fungal. Clean and scrape your tongue, keep the oral cavity clean and the fungal infection will resolve in 1 to 2 weeks as your bacterial/fungal balance reestablished.
