Probably not: Yeast is a normal constituent of any human's skin. It is usually at such a low level that we can not detect it with the human eye. You already have yeast on your skin and won't "catch" it from your friend. Environmental conditions which make yeast on your skin flourish are warm temperatures, moisture (sweat), hair-bearing areas.
