Can coronavirus symptoms be mild for some people versus severe? for example, could it just involve being very fatigued, low grade fever for a few days and not the extreme symptoms? or is it always a full blown cold and struggle to breathe?

Quite variable: A COVID 19 infection could cause no symptoms at all or lead to death. COVID 19 Sx's may include fever, cough, feeling tired, shortness of breath, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, chills, chest pain, nasal congestion, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
