Chest pain for 4 days, coughing that is dry but brings up mucus and hurts my chest, hurts to breathe in, nausea, headache,fatigue, shaking chills, sneezing that hurts my chest, low grade fever, sore throat that is burning?

Descending URI : Started with viral URI and then in few days same virus infected you pleura and turn into a pleuresy. I am not sure if it turn to a bacterial infection since you are talking about chills but low grade fever and also talking about bringing out mucus but not yellow or green color phlegm. At this point still viral to me. Get some otc cough and cold medication. If getting worse see your doctor.
