I want to know if it is safe to give my 3 week old telement drops with every feed. i know the simethicone is not absorbed by the body, but what about the preservatives in there? can that be bad for him? it does help alot. he has trapped winds. thanks

No worries: These products have been used for decades & I have never seen or read of a problem with their use. I am not convinced they do much, but each kid is a unique case & if you find them helpful I would use them without concern for as long as needed.
