Sure: Sixteen weeks is a large enough baby fetus and uterus, so should be easily seen on an ultrasound scan of the whole abdomen. If worried about being pregnant, one can do a home urine pregnancy test. They are very accurate by 3 weeks after sex, and the test will stay positive after that... until the baby is born.
