Leg: Dermatomes of legs include L1 at groin, L4 nee and L5, S1 on top of foot. Back problems causing compression of nerve roots possible especially if symptom is one sided. Vascular problems possible, but unlikely at 30 unless your are diabetic, or have significant atherorsclerosis, autoimmune problem or smoker.
