Yes: Hypothyroidism does increase risk for infection. How much this increases your risk for coronavirus specifically I do not know. However, I am glad your are taking replacement. As long as you get back to eurthyroid state you should be fine. Actually as long as you do not smoke and use reasonable precautions you should be fine anyway.
