You mean for flu ?: That depends. The nasal flu vaccine enters the nostril & moves to the lung tissue where it causes a mild irritation effect as it crosses into your bloodstream. Recommendations change periodically & usually avoid use in those with chronic lung conditions, the elderly or young kids. How this is used in your country this year is not clear. I have never trusted the nasal vaccine.
