After having a c-section , how long do i have to wait for the staples be removed ? can i go to my gp or i will have to go back to the ob.

Usually 5 to 7 days: Skin staples on a cesarian incision can usually be removed after 5 to 7 days; some times sooner rarely later. Any trained clinician (GP. medical assistant, physician aid, surgical technician...) who has a staple remover or an appropriate/necessary tool may easily remove them for you.
