Nauseas,dizziness: Without going into diagnosis(such as inner ear disorder) I generally prescribe dimenhydinate, known in the USA, as Dramamine. It can be obtained without a prescription. Of course, it's best to discuss your symptoms with your physician for proper advice and care.
