Good morning. My symptoms are slight labored breathing when laying down, slight chest heaviness on right lung. No fever, no cough, no sore throat. I can do daily activities fine, but just overall chest discomfort. No pain when exhale/inhale.

I have had symptoms of chest pain, headaches, body aches and a bit of throat uncomfort (but not soreness) for the past few days but no fever, cough or difficulty breathing. Should I get tested for covid? Or do these symptoms of something else?
